This client’s San Francisco house had taken 40 years of weathering from fog and sea air. The siding was rotting, the windows leaking and the deck was falling down (see final picture). We repaired the foundation damage, rebuilt the deck, replaced all the windows and redid the siding. Then we added a fresh coat of paint that blends nicely with this beachy neighborhood.
